Proudly Kiwi, serious about shared spaces
Clean Corp is a New Zealand–owned cleaning company that’s been looking after workplaces since 1998.

How we got here
Clean Corp started in 1998 with a simple idea: if you look after people and spaces properly, you don’t have to hide behind contracts.
‍
Over the years we’ve grown to more than 500 customers and 200 cleaning teams, but the work is still the same: keep real workplaces clean, safe and easy to be in, without making more work for the people running them.
We’ve cleaned through booms, recessions, earthquakes and a pandemic. That taught us three things: communication matters, flexibility matters, and you can’t fake care for very long.

What we believe about cleaning and workplaces
We share the responsibility
‍
We see ourselves as part of the stewardship of your shared spaces – the way they look, feel, and support the people who use them every day.
Customer
focused
Cleaning is not the hero of your business. But when it’s done well, everything else feels easier.
Spaces are about people first
We think about who uses your space – children, patients, staff, members, visitors – and what “looked‑after” feels like for them, not just how it looks on a checklist.
Consistency beats show‑off cleans
One amazing clean then a slow slide isn’t good enough. We’d rather be quietly reliable week after week than impressive once.
Local context matters
Being NZ‑owned isn’t just a flag – it means we understand how Kiwi workplaces run, the cultures inside them, and the expectations around sustainability and respect.
Eco‑aware, not eco‑theatre
We use low‑tox, modern products and child‑safe options where they’re needed, and we’re honest about where stronger products are still required.
Proactive is better than apologetic
We’d rather notice and fix things early than explain them later. That’s why we use simple reporting, audits and a portal instead of waiting for complaints.
