What We Do
The Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron (RNZYS) is New Zealand’s leading yacht club, with a history dating back to 1871.
The premises include a large trophy room housing prestigious awards (such as the America's Cup), facilities for conferences, wedding receptions, a restaurant, and a café.
The RNZYS initially posed unique cleaning challenges due to being a high-profile members-only club and a waterfront property. Its prestigious status demands a high-standard of cleanliness, while its Auckland harbour location exposes the building to corrosive sea salt spray.
To address these challenges, Cleancorp implemented a comprehensive daily cleaning schedule consisting of two staff members working six days a week. Our team covers office areas, meeting rooms, bathrooms, changing rooms, the restaurant, café, and function rooms.
In addition to these regular cleaning tasks, Cleancorp also provides specialised services such as window cleaning and building washes to combat the effects of the ocean spray.
The cleaning solutions provided by our team have proven to be highly effective in maintaining the standards of the RNZYS, so much so that we’ve remained their long-term cleaning partner since 2018.
